Over the past century, the labor movement has unfolded in magnificent and sweeping waves, while its original aspiration has grown ever more steadfast. On April 25, the thematic exhibition “A Century of Trade Unions Staying True to Their Original Aspiration: Passing on the Torch of Labor-Movement History,” hosted by the Shijiazhuang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, officially opened at the Shijiazhuang People’s Hall. The exhibition highlights the innovative achievements and work successes of model workers, skilled artisans, and employees across the city in recent years, with particular attention drawn to the innovative outcomes showcased by the He Yazhuo Innovation Studio of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group.

The exhibition highlights the innovative achievements and work successes of model workers, skilled artisans, and employees across the city in recent years, with particular attention drawn to the innovative results showcased by the He Yazhuo Innovation Studio of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group.
He Yazhuo Innovation Studio is a provincial-level model-worker innovation studio established by the Group. Since its inception, with the support of trade unions at all levels and the enterprise, the studio has focused on improving quality and boosting efficiency, vigorously promoting initiatives for rationalization suggestions, implementing over a hundred minor improvements and innovations, achieving a total of 32 technological innovation outcomes, obtaining 17 national patents, and cumulatively saving the enterprise nearly RMB 10 million in costs.
It is reported that, to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and to thoroughly explore and showcase the historical evolution and remarkable achievements of the workers’ movement in Shijiazhuang, this exhibition focuses on the city’s five major industries. It highlights the national patents, industry-leading technological inventions and innovations, and other groundbreaking achievements attained by workers across the city in recent years, thereby further promoting the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, and helping the city’s industrial innovation and high-quality development reach a new level.
