Recently, the People’s Government of Hebei Province issued a notice commending outstanding private enterprises and outstanding figures in the private sector for 2024, further boosting the confidence and determination of private enterprises to accelerate development and enhancing the sense of honor and mission among private entrepreneurs. Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and its President Wu Hengyao were awarded the titles of “Outstanding Private Enterprise” and “Outstanding Figure in the Private Sector,” respectively, in recognition of their exceptional overall strength and significant contributions to the industry, thereby establishing themselves as benchmarks and representatives of high-quality development among private enterprises in the province.

In recent years, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical has made it its mission to research, develop, and produce more “Made-in-China” medicines. Upholding the original aspiration of “making quality medicines for the people,” the company aligns itself with the strategic goals of Healthy China, focusing on integrated development across both active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished dosage forms. According to available information, the criteria for this selection of outstanding private enterprises are as follows: annual operating revenue of no less than RMB 100 million; flagship products that are representative and influential within the local region and industry; strong capabilities in independent innovation and brand development; and a credit rating of B+ or higher. The selection process was conducted on a voluntary application basis, following a bottom-up, tiered review and recommendation procedure, with competitive evaluation and selection based on merit, ultimately resulting in the inclusion of 100 private enterprises. Concurrently released were profiles of 110 outstanding figures in the private sector, representing a diverse range of sectors, including leaders in traditional industries, next-generation entrepreneurs, and individual business owners.
