During their visit to the Group, Principal Wang Limin and his delegation toured the R&D Center (Drug Research Institute), gaining firsthand insight into the company’s innovative research ecosystem and practical achievements.
During the symposium, the two sides engaged in an in-depth exchange around the themes of “industry–education integration, collaborative talent development, and innovation-driven growth.” President Wang Limin provided a detailed overview of Hebei University of Technology’s distinctive strengths, research advances, and achievements in talent cultivation across interdisciplinary fields such as pharmaceutical engineering, chemical engineering, polymer materials, mechanical automation, artificial intelligence, and environmental engineering. He emphasized that serving local economic and social development is a vital mission for universities, and noted that Hebei University of Technology enjoys a solid foundation of collaboration with Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., with many outstanding graduates now serving as key contributors to the company’s growth. He expressed the hope that this enterprise visit and job-expansion initiative would serve as a catalyst for further streamlining channels for matching talent supply with demand, fostering deeper and more effective strategic cooperation in areas such as talent development, joint research on critical technologies, and the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, thereby jointly injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of Hebei’s biopharmaceutical industry.
President Wu Hengyao extended a warm welcome to President Wang Limin and his delegation, commending Hebei University of Technology for its remarkable achievements in recent years in discipline development, talent cultivation, and scientific research innovation. He also expressed full recognition of the solid professional competence and outstanding practical abilities demonstrated by the university’s graduates at Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. In detail, President Wu outlined Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group’s current integrated “API-plus-formulation” development strategy, its key R&D priorities, and its growing demand for high-level, multidisciplinary talent. He emphasized that Hebei University of Technology is a vital hub for technological innovation and talent development in Hebei Province, and that the two institutions enjoy strong complementarity in research innovation and human resources, offering broad prospects for collaboration.
