Chairman Su Xuejun and General Manager Wu Hengyao joined scientists and engineers from the front lines of production and research to discuss the company’s development and warmly welcome the Spring Festival.

Dr. Ma Yongqing, who had just joined Sihua Pharmaceutical, opened the floor as soon as he took his seat: “At the end of last year, General Manager Qu personally assumed leadership and spearheaded a major overhaul of our R&D management system. In little more than a month, the newly established ‘Four Institutes, Two Centers, and Five Departments’ operating framework has been running efficiently, with smoother workflows and a growing emphasis on project execution and accelerated progress across the institute. The key to driving innovation lies in mobilizing people—the primary and most dynamic factor. Once the institutional mechanisms are streamlined, responsibilities are clearly defined, and morale is high, the changes we have seen in just over a month have given us the confidence and momentum to leapfrog and catch up!”
