On September 11, the signing ceremony for government–bank cooperation and the release of the 2025 Innovation Points Ranking were held at the High-tech Zone Science and Technology Finance Service Center in Shijiazhuang. During the event, the Hebei Branch of Postal Savings Bank of China signed an agreement with the High-tech Zone and unveiled the Top 50 Innovation Points list (divided into Start-up, Growth, and Stability categories), the Innovation Growth Star list, the Innovation Sustained Leader list, and the Annual Innovation Breakthrough Enterprise list. Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group was successfully included on the Annual “Innovation Sustained Leader” list.

In recent years, the Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone has steadily intensified its collaboration with the financial sector, continuously explored application scenarios for the enterprise innovation scoring system, and leveraged this innovative policy tool in a data-driven manner to attract more innovation resources to high-scoring enterprises, thereby empowering and accelerating their development.
A relevant official from the group stated that the next step will be to fully leverage the enterprise innovation scoring system—a new type of science-and-tech finance policy tool—to integrate and pool innovative resources such as technology, capital, and talent, thereby continuously stimulating innovation vitality, accelerating corporate development, and contributing to the high-quality growth of Shijiazhuang’s biopharmaceutical industry.
