According to reports, the Mexico Food Ingredients and Additives Exhibition (Food Technology Summit & Expo) covers food additives, ingredients, processing equipment, and related services. The event is highly specialized, bringing together 500 exhibitors from China, Taiwan, the United States, Australia, Spain, Singapore, and other regions, with a total attendance of 20,000, thereby fully demonstrating its international caliber and global influence.
