During the event, the 2025 rankings of Shijiazhuang’s Top 100 Enterprises by Operating Revenue and by Innovation in Science and Technology were unveiled. Thanks to its solid operational strength and outstanding innovation achievements, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group once again secured top positions on both lists: 14th in operating revenue and 10th in science and technology innovation. In addition, its case study, “Empowering Intelligent Upgrades Across the Entire Pharmaceutical Value Chain with AI,” was selected as a Model Case of Artificial Intelligence Innovation for 2025, underscoring the company’s robust growth resilience and industry-leading capabilities.

According to reports, the Shijiazhuang Enterprise Federation and the Shijiazhuang Entrepreneurs Association, in accordance with the China Enterprise Confederation’s established ranking practices and requirements, identified the 2025 Top 100 Enterprises by Operating Revenue and the Top 100 Enterprises for Technological Innovation in Shijiazhuang through recommendations from relevant municipal departments and voluntary applications submitted by enterprises. Based on the enterprises’ 2024 performance data and following rigorous evaluation by municipal authorities and expert panels, the final lists were determined. This year marks the 20th consecutive publication of the Top 100 Enterprises by Operating Revenue, which broadly reflects the overall profile of city-wide enterprises in terms of their scale, technological innovation capabilities, and contributions to development.
In recent years, the Group has remained firmly committed to high-quality development as its top priority, taking it as its mission to research, develop, and produce more “Made-in-China” pharmaceuticals. Grounded in national strategies and market demands, the Group has vigorously implemented an innovation-driven development strategy, continuously promoting the deep integration and coordinated development of the innovation chain, talent chain, industrial chain, and supply chain. It has proactively built a modern industrial system led by innovative drugs, with specialty chemical drug formulations and active pharmaceutical ingredients as its core, and extended by high-end pharmaceutical packaging materials and specialized biologics. The Group has consistently fostered and developed new drivers of productivity, while technological innovation and digital transformation have powerfully underpinned the integrated development of “active pharmaceutical ingredients plus formulations.” In 2024, the Group filed applications for a total of 133 new products, of which 82 were approved, maintaining a leading position in the industry in terms of both the number of filings and approvals. Since the beginning of this year, the Group has secured approval for 71 new products, bringing the cumulative total to 153 product varieties comprising 202 specifications that have either passed or been deemed to have passed the consistency evaluation, thereby achieving a significant leap in both innovative influence and market competitiveness.
Guided by the goal of new-type industrialization, the Group has steadily accelerated its digital transformation, with a strong focus on developing diversified application scenarios such as “AI + pharmaceuticals,” thereby driving a comprehensive shift from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing. The Group’s submitted case, “Empowering End-to-End Intelligent Upgrades in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing through AI,” leverages technologies including knowledge bases, constraint theory, modeling, optimization algorithms, and simulation to establish a closed-loop system for end-to-end visibility and continuous optimization—spanning from market demand to production planning, workshop scheduling, and execution feedback. This has significantly enhanced information management, intelligent decision-making capabilities, modern management practices, and overall production efficiency.
