To vividly showcase the dynamic efforts made across Shijiazhuang since the city’s 11th Party Congress—embracing bold thinking and vigorous progress while simultaneously pursuing high-quality industrial development and building a more livable and business-friendly urban environment—the Photo Exhibition on Shijiazhuang’s High-Quality Economic Development and Urban Renewal officially opened on September 28 at the Shijiazhuang People’s Hall.
“In the past, our company primarily focused on large-volume parenteral solutions, resulting in a relatively homogeneous product portfolio. As a result, our brand image and market competitiveness have strengthened year after year, enabling us to consistently rank among the Top 100 Chinese pharmaceutical companies.” A veteran employee who paused for a long time before an exhibition showcasing the company’s development milestones couldn’t help but express heartfelt admiration as he reflected on the past and present: “From a once obscure pharmaceutical manufacturer to today’s industry benchmark—a transformation of such magnitude is truly awe-inspiring!”
A series of visually striking before-and-after images and comprehensive charts and data vividly showcase Shijiazhuang’s development achievements, while also powerfully conveying the city’s residents’ enthusiastic commitment to accelerating the construction of a modern, international, and beautiful provincial capital. These exhibits fully embody the “Shijiazhuang Speed,” “Shijiazhuang Warmth,” and “Shijiazhuang Determination,” and have garnered widespread acclaim from all sectors of society since the exhibition opened two days ago.
The Photo Exhibition on High-Quality Economic Development and Urban Renewal in Shijiazhuang is organized into six major sections on high-quality economic development—industrial support, project breakthroughs, innovation-driven growth, talent aggregation, park development, and business environment—and six corresponding sections on urban renewal—building a vibrant innovative city, a comfortable and convenient livable city, a green and low-carbon beautiful city, a safe and resilient city, a civilized city that upholds virtue and strives for goodness, and a convenient and efficient smart city. Through these two overarching themes and 12 distinct sections, the exhibition vividly showcases the remarkable achievements attained by Party members, cadres, and the general public across the city under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, as they implement the directives and requirements set forth by the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government as well as the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, and advance high-quality economic development and the construction of a livable and work-friendly city with the pioneering spirit of “achieving prosperity through hard work—whose responsibility if not ours?”
According to reports, the photo exhibition will be open to the public free of charge from September 28 to October 31. Visitors can enter by scanning a QR code on-site to register or by presenting a complimentary admission ticket; no prior reservation is required. The exhibition hours are 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily (with last admission at 4:30 p.m.), and it will remain open on public holidays and weekends.
