To gain a precise understanding of the development trajectory of the fine chemicals industry in our province, to assess the current status and needs of leading enterprises in key sectors, and to strategically plan the association’s next steps, on December 28, 2025, Zhao Sitao, Executive President of the Hebei Provincial Fine Chemical Industry Association, led a research delegation to conduct a focused field study at enterprises such as Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Group.
To gain a precise understanding of the development trajectory of the fine chemicals industry in our province, to assess the current status and needs of leading enterprises in key sectors, and to strategically plan the association’s next steps, on December 28, 2025, Zhao Sitao, Executive President of the Hebei Provincial Fine Chemical Industry Association, led a research delegation to conduct a focused field study at enterprises including Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Group.
At Guangxiang Pharmaceutical, the research team gained an in-depth understanding of the company’s business development and the implementation of its environmental protection and safety measures, with particular emphasis on the innovative advances the company has made in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. During a symposium with Zhu Shujie, Chairman of Guangxiang Pharmaceutical, Zhao Sitao pointed out that fine chemicals are a crucial pillar for driving high-quality development in the manufacturing sector, and that it is imperative to remain committed to innovation-driven growth and accelerate the move toward the mid- to high-end segments of the industrial and value chains.
According to reports, this research initiative aims to systematically identify the key challenges currently facing the industry, solicit input and recommendations from enterprises on policy support, technological innovation, and supply-chain collaboration, and gain insight into their future development plans. The goal is to build consensus and provide evidence-based policy guidance for promoting the industry’s healthy development, while helping enterprises achieve new breakthroughs in technological upgrading, supply-chain coordination, and green development.
