Dear Employees:
To proactively respond to the epidemic and ensure the production of urgently needed clinical and market medications, all departments and workshops within the company have provided robust support. Our employees, with a keen sense of the bigger picture, have willingly forsworn their Spring Festival holidays to work overtime on the production of emergency drugs for epidemic prevention and control, thereby fully demonstrating the sense of responsibility and commitment that characterizes pharmaceutical professionals. The company once again expresses its profound gratitude to all employees for the dedication and self-sacrifice they have shown during this critical time.
To demonstrate the company’s commitment to its social responsibility, we will, as always, comply with applicable regulations by paying overtime compensation in accordance with national laws for employees who work during statutory holidays. Specifically, overtime worked on national statutory holidays will be compensated at three times the regular rate, while overtime worked on other rest days that cannot be compensated with time off will be compensated at twice the regular rate. All employees are kindly advised to take note of this policy.
We will actively implement community-based prevention and control measures to ensure the health of all employees on duty.
