Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group was awarded the “Leading Enterprise Award for Scientific and Technological Innovation” in recognition of its exceptional performance in the field of scientific and technological innovation.

Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group was awarded the “Leading Enterprise Award for Scientific and Technological Innovation” in recognition of its exceptional achievements in this field.
Leveraging the advantages of its nationally recognized enterprise technology center sub-center and other innovation platforms, Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Group places innovation at the core of its strategy, continuously increasing R&D investment and securing successive approvals for new API products. In 2025, the company obtained approval for 12 new APIs, bringing its total portfolio to 54 and establishing a robust product lineup that spans both bulk and specialty APIs. Backed by uncompromising quality and strong creditworthiness, its flagship product—caffeine—and the company itself have successively earned EU CEP certification and China Customs’ AEO Advanced Certification, positioning Guangxiang as a premier supplier to numerous domestic formulation manufacturers. Its products are now exported to more than 60 countries and regions across Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, and beyond, steadily enhancing the brand’s influence and strengthening its market competitiveness.
The conference emphasized that all levels across the region must summon the courage for self-reform: conduct rigorous internal inspections to identify deep-rooted problems, undertake radical reforms to eradicate chronic ills, and implement targeted measures to establish robust institutional mechanisms. The tangible results of this shift in work style must be reflected in the speed with which projects are launched, the warmth with which businesses are served, and the degree of public satisfaction—ensuring that cadres adopt a more pragmatic work style, deliver more responsive and attentive services, and earn a stronger reputation among enterprises. Ultimately, the principle of “acting on commitments, executing decisions promptly, and delivering high-quality results” must become the most distinctive hallmark of Party members and cadres in the Lingang Industrial Park.
The conference emphasized the need to uphold the goal of achieving market efficiency, effective government action, business benefits, and tangible public satisfaction; to focus on resolving the pain points, bottlenecks, and challenges hindering enterprise development; and to comprehensively deepen reforms of government services, ensure that pro-business policies are delivered directly and swiftly to enterprises, strengthen guarantees for key production factors, help enterprises reduce costs and improve efficiency, and refine mechanisms for regular, institutionalized communication between government and business. Through more vigorous efforts, more concrete measures, and higher-quality services, we will truly make the business environment the most prominent hallmark and the strongest soft power of Lingang. During the 15th Five-Year Plan period, we aim to transform the Lingang Industrial Park into a major national hub in Northern China for high-end synthetic new materials, new energy industries, sustainable aviation fuel demonstration projects, and the centralized production of green pharmaceutical APIs.
