The well-being of frontline outdoor workers has always been a top priority for the leadership and trade union of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group. On December 2, Party, mass organization, and trade union staff from the group went directly to outdoor work sites to deliver winter gear—such as cotton gloves, knee pads, and cotton hats—to employees, spreading warmth and care in the bitter cold.
Recently, Shijiazhuang has been hit by a cold wave, with a sharp drop in temperatures. The well-being of frontline outdoor workers has always been a top priority for the leadership and trade union of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group. On December 2, Party, mass organization, and trade union staff from the group went directly to outdoor work sites to deliver winter gear—such as cotton gloves, knee pads, and cotton hats—to employees, bringing warmth and care amid the bitter cold.
At the warehousing and logistics center in the Group’s Economic Development Zone production area, forklifts shuttle back and forth, creating a bustling scene throughout. At this critical juncture of “intensifying efforts in the fourth quarter to secure a strong finish,” employees are braving the cold to do their utmost to ensure winter market supply.
“The weather is cold, and our hands and feet tend to stiffen easily. Please pay close attention to safety at work—warm up first, then get to work,” a Party-and-Community worker said as she distributed winter-protection supplies, offering careful reminders to everyone. The gloves, knee pads, and cotton hats not only shielded workers from the biting wind but also warmed their hearts.
“Winter Warmth Delivery” is one of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group’s ongoing initiatives to show care for its employees. According to the head of the Group’s trade union, “We always put our employees first. In winter, we provide cold-weather supplies; in summer, we distribute cooling essentials. Throughout the year, we organize a wide range of ‘Warmth Delivery’ activities, all aimed at creating a caring and secure work environment for our workforce.
