In order to implement the Party and government’s requirements on strengthening COVID-19 prevention and control, on the afternoon of February 14, a provincial guidance team for COVID-19 response, led by a researcher from the Supervision Division of the Hebei Provincial Health Commission, conducted an on-site inspection at Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to assess the implementation of enterprise-level prevention and control measures following the resumption of work and production.
To implement the Party and government’s directives on strengthening COVID-19 prevention and control, on the afternoon of February 14, a provincial guidance team for COVID-19 response—led by a researcher from the Supervision Division of the Hebei Provincial Health Commission—conducted an on-site inspection at Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to assess the implementation of enterprise-level prevention and control measures following the resumption of work and production, with the aim of providing guidance to further enhance the company’s COVID-19 prevention and control efforts. The inspection was accompanied by relevant experts from the Hebei Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention and Jin Kerui, a member of the Party Working Committee and a researcher with the Management Committee of the Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone.
The guidance team heard a briefing from Wu Hengyao, General Manager of Shisi Pharmaceutical, on the implementation of COVID-19 prevention and control measures.
The guidance team emphasized the need to strengthen awareness of the importance and urgency of epidemic prevention and control, further implement preventive measures, and establish a working framework characterized by joint prevention and control as well as community-based prevention and control. It is essential to enforce local responsibility, conduct comprehensive and rigorous screening, and establish and improve the mechanism for joint and community-based prevention and control. Efforts should be intensified to ensure adequate stockpiles of supplies and robust organizational support, while educating and guiding all employees to enhance their awareness of self-protection and improve their ability to protect themselves. Only by adopting stricter, more thorough, and more effective measures can we effectively carry out epidemic prevention and control work.
