“In the newly issued National Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Influenza (2018 Edition), several of our traditional Chinese medicine products—including Jinlianhua Oral Liquid, Qingre Jiedu Oral Liquid, and Yinhuang Capsules—have been included in the treatment protocol. As the influenza epidemic continues to surge, sales of these products have repeatedly reached critical levels, prompting us to urgently secure raw materials, ramp up production, and operate at full capacity to do our utmost to meet market demand,” said a company official. “To ensure the efficacy of anti-influenza TCM, the quality of medicinal materials is paramount. We will never compromise on quality for the sake of market pressure. For instance, our Yinhuang Capsules not only comply with national quality standards but also undergo additional quality control tests for baicalin—the active ingredient in Scutellaria baicalensis—and chlorogenic acid—the active ingredient in Lonicera japonica—thereby guaranteeing the antiviral efficacy of this TCM formulation. This is precisely how we put into practice our commitment to ‘prioritizing quality to benefit the people and upholding integrity as our foundation,’” the official added, earning nods of approval from the visiting newspaper reporters.

Back in 2009, during the height of the H1N1 influenza pandemic, Arbidol capsules earned widespread recognition from both medical professionals and the public for their outstanding therapeutic efficacy. “As a leading antiviral drug against influenza worldwide today, Arbidol capsules boast broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity, proving effective against the major influenza strains circulating during this outbreak—namely type B, H1N1, and H3N2—and delivering rapid onset of action that swiftly curtails viral transmission.
