【SUMMARY】
To effectively safeguard the physical and mental well-being of its employees and provide them with a “health protection umbrella,” Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. specially invited hospital medical staff, equipped with professional diagnostic equipment and facilities, to conduct comprehensive health check-ups for all company employees from April 13 to 21.
To effectively safeguard the physical and mental well-being of its employees and provide them with a “health protection umbrella,” Shijiazhuang No. 4 Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. specially invited hospital medical staff, equipped with professional diagnostic equipment and facilities, to conduct comprehensive health check-ups for all company employees from April 13 to 21.
To ensure the smooth conduct of the health examination, the company coordinated with the hospital in advance and, with employee convenience as the guiding principle, “brought” the hospital directly onto the factory premises. At the same time, based on employees’ actual working conditions, a detailed implementation plan for the health examination was formulated. The examination encompassed multiple items, including vision tests, complete blood counts, liver function assessments, and DR chest radiographs, and was conducted for all factory personnel, with particular emphasis on those engaged in pharmaceutical production.
At the health-check site, company employees were guided by staff to various testing stations. At each station, medical personnel meticulously conducted examinations for every employee, carefully inquired about their health conditions, and offered personalized health recommendations regarding daily diet and lifestyle habits, encouraging everyone to further enhance their awareness of self-care. Employees at the scene unanimously expressed that this health-check initiative enabled them to promptly understand their own health status, strengthened their health consciousness, and provided peace of mind for their families.
It is understood that the company conducts regular annual health check-ups for its employees, enabling them to gain a comprehensive understanding of their own health status. This proactive approach facilitates early prevention of diseases and timely treatment when illness does occur, ensuring that employees can devote themselves wholeheartedly to work and life with robust health, abundant energy, and a positive mindset.
