This invention patent discloses a method for the preparation of terbutaline sulfate that significantly reduces the complexity of post-reaction workup, eliminates the introduction of water and inorganic salts, yields a product with high purity, and markedly enhances the stability of terbutaline during distillation under acidic conditions.
