On April 22, employees of the Patent Department at the Pharmaceutical Research Institute of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. participated in an online training program to stay abreast of the latest developments in intellectual property and enhance the company’s ability to effectively leverage patent information. The online IP training was jointly organized by the Intellectual Property Bureau of the Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone and the Hebei Provincial Intellectual Property Research Association.
In recent years, while accelerating production, sales, and operations, the company has placed great emphasis on corporate innovation and intellectual property management. With the accelerated implementation of the strategy to build a strong IP-driven enterprise, higher requirements have been set for the company’s ability to effectively manage patent-related matters.
To stay abreast of the latest developments and innovations in the industry, the Patent Department of the Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Research Institute actively participates in relevant training programs organized by provincial, municipal, and district-level authorities, ensuring alignment with the national intellectual property development agenda.
“These training sessions cover the latest policies and developments in intellectual property, and the experts’ answers to questions on IP project applications and patent filings provide valuable guidance for enterprises in advancing their patent-related work,” said Niu Lijing, Director of the Patent Department.
In recent years, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical has achieved positive results in intellectual property management. In May 2018, it obtained certification for its intellectual property management system.
According to the requirements of the standardization certification, an on-site surveillance audit must be conducted annually. It is reported that Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical will soon undergo its annual on-site intellectual property audit.
