Wang Chunfa and Wei Wenliang, the company’s deputy general managers, briefed Zhou Lixin and his delegation on the enterprise’s current production and safety management practices. Following the briefing, Zhou Lixin stated that Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical’s approach of seizing development opportunities while fully leveraging technological tools to enhance safety management is commendable.
Zhou Lixin emphasized that there is never a “final word” on work safety. Enterprises must treat work safety as a lifeline and keep it firmly under control. In particular, safety management personnel must resolutely overcome complacency, remain constantly vigilant, thoroughly learn from safety accidents across the country, draw broader lessons from specific incidents, intensify hazard identification and rectification efforts, and rigorously prevent all types of safety incidents. It is also essential to improve and refine all safety management systems, strengthen training and education for relevant personnel, and enhance employees’ awareness of work safety and their capacity for safety management. Emergency management departments and third-party professional agencies should combine routine supervision with unannounced inspections, step up oversight and inspection efforts, promptly identify and closely monitor the rectification of all safety hazards, and ensure that all aspects of work safety are implemented meticulously, effectively, and to the fullest extent.
Zhou Lixin emphasized that relevant departments should strengthen communication with enterprises, ensure precise coordination and alignment, promptly assist in resolving operational and production challenges, and thereby support the development of businesses within their jurisdiction.
