Recently, the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee’s Working Committee on Non-Public Enterprises and New Social Organizations hosted a model training program for secretaries of Party organizations in the province’s top 100 private enterprises in Langfang City. Liu Jiaheng, Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Selection and Appointment Committee of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, and Feng Shaohui, Secretary of the Langfang Municipal Party Committee, attended the opening ceremony. Shi Jianhui, Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee, also took part in the training.

Shi Jianhui, Secretary of the company’s Party Committee, also took part in the training.
The primary objectives of this training program are to align the thinking of private entrepreneurs with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, to bolster their confidence in enterprise development through the spirit of the General Secretary’s important instructions, and to enhance the quality and capabilities of secretaries of Party organizations in the top 100 private enterprises by strengthening their knowledge of Party building within private firms. During the program, participants were briefed on and studied General Secretary Xi Jinping’s inspection of Liaoning Zhongwang Group, his reply to private entrepreneurs recognized for their contributions under the “Ten Thousand Enterprises Assisting Ten Thousand Villages” initiative, and the key remarks and directives delivered during his inspection of Guangdong. Professor Li Zhiyong from North China University of Science and Technology delivered a special lecture on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. In addition, the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee arranged 21 observation sites in Langfang and Cangzhou cities, where trainees were able to examine a variety of distinctive practices and achievements in Party building.
The high-quality Party building work of the top 100 private enterprises is reflected in prioritizing the Party’s political development in all Party-building efforts, in standardizing and normalizing Party organization construction, in fully leveraging the roles of Party organizations and members, and in setting an exemplary and leading example for surrounding enterprises. Participants in this training program unanimously stated that they will integrate Party leadership into every aspect of corporate governance, adhere to the “dual cultivation” approach, implement “dual assessment,” advance standardization, and use high-quality Party building to usher in a new chapter in enterprise development.
The meeting called for raising political awareness and fully recognizing the importance and urgency of strengthening Party building in private enterprises. It is essential to maintain the correct political direction, consistently focus on high-quality Party building in private enterprises, strengthen the standardization and regularization of Party organizations, and strive to establish model sites for Party building. Emphasis must be placed on the political role of Party building, continuously enhancing the organizational strength of Party work in private enterprises, consistently ensuring that Party secretaries play their roles effectively, intensifying efforts to build a robust contingent of Party members, creating distinctive brands and setting examples in Party building, and innovating approaches to publicity and promotion. Furthermore, supervision and assessment must be strengthened, pressure must be effectively transmitted, and a strong synergy must be forged across the province to ensure robust Party building in the top 100 private enterprises.
