“The General Secretary provided a comprehensive analysis of the overarching trends in the global landscape, highlighting both the overall stability and steady progress of China’s economic performance, as well as the markedly increasing uncertainty in economic development, growing downward pressure, and mounting operational challenges faced by enterprises. In light of this new situation, the General Secretary also clearly outlined six key policy measures that must be effectively implemented at present—a truly macroscopic, high-level, pragmatic, and down-to-earth approach.” This guidance is of great significance for private enterprises in better overcoming “difficulties in development,” resolving “problems on the path forward,” and eliminating “growing pains,” said Qu Jiguang, Chairman of the company, with deep conviction.
