On July 7, Li Ruifeng, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone, led a delegation on a visit and research tour to Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group. Qu Jiguang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sihua Pharmaceutical, Wu Hengyao, President of the Group, and other senior executives accompanied the delegation.
Li Ruifeng and his delegation carefully listened to Qu Jiguang, Chairman of the Board of Shisi Pharmaceutical Group, as he outlined the company’s R&D, production, and operational performance, thoroughly examined the company’s strategies and plans for scaling up and strengthening its operations, and held a symposium with the company’s senior management.
Li Ruifeng highly commended Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical for its significant contributions to the economic and social development of the High-tech Industrial Development Zone. He stated that the company’s achievements are both gratifying and inspiring, particularly its leveraging of its own strengths and resources to facilitate the commercialization of scientific and technological innovations, expand into domestic and international markets, and steadily enhance its influence within the industry. He urged the relevant authorities to provide follow-up services, actively solicit feedback from enterprises, and strive to deliver more targeted and higher-quality support. He also encouraged the company to continue accelerating its pace of scientific and technological innovation, expedite product innovation and industrial upgrading, intensify the development of new projects, and thereby better contribute to the zone’s leapfrog development.
Following the conclusion of the field investigation, Li Ruifeng promptly convened a special meeting that afternoon with relevant district leaders and heads of district-level departments to systematically review and analyze the enterprises’ development proposals and related requests. He emphasized that all departments and units must firmly adopt a “shop assistant” mindset in serving enterprise development and project construction, further intensify support and guidance for businesses within the district, maintain close communication and coordination, promptly identify and address enterprise needs, and make every effort to resolve practical issues, thereby leveraging precise and efficient services to help enterprises grow stronger and larger.
