【SUMMARY】 Recently, in the “Online Quiz on Work Safety Knowledge” organized by the Trade Union of Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone, a total of 39 employees from Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical secured half of the awards thanks to their solid knowledge base.

Thirty-nine employees of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. won awards in the Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone Trade Union’s Safety Knowledge Competition.

“Your performance at Shijiazhuang No. 4 Pharmaceutical is truly impressive!” Recently, at the award ceremony for the “Online Quiz on Work Safety Knowledge” organized by the Trade Union of the Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone, many organizations were delighted to see staff from the Shijiazhuang No. 4 Pharmaceutical trade union receiving a large number of prizes, and couldn’t help but express their admiration with thumbs-up gestures. According to reports, among a field of highly competitive participants, a total of 39 employees from Shijiazhuang No. 4 Pharmaceutical leveraged their solid knowledge base to win half of the available awards.

Song Mingxia, Chairperson of the Trade Union of Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., stated that employees enthusiastically participated in the competition and achieved outstanding results. This not only demonstrates their strong safety awareness and solid theoretical understanding of safety, but also underscores the company’s emphasis on safety management and on fostering employees’ safety consciousness and mindset, with a firm commitment to strengthening the foundation of safe production.

Wei Wenliang, Executive President in charge of the company’s work safety, stated that by organizing knowledge competitions—an engaging and educational activity—we can disseminate work-safety knowledge, educate and guide employees to actively and voluntarily participate in work-safety initiatives, thereby strengthening their sense of responsibility and urgency regarding work safety and further enhancing their safety awareness. Work safety cannot be achieved overnight or yield immediate results; therefore, the Group’s safety department will continue to implement publicity and education, inspections, drills, and other related activities, integrating corporate safety culture-building into daily work-safety operations to foster a robust work-safety environment in which everyone learns about and emphasizes safety, prioritizes safety in all matters, and ensures safety everywhere. At the same time, we must emphasize “regularity” and “consistency,” adhering to the principles of “constant” and “long-term.” Only by maintaining a sustained focus on safety over the long term can we achieve lasting success, continuously strengthen our efforts, accelerate the establishment of a long-term mechanism for safety-culture publicity and education, and ultimately enhance the overall level of the company’s work safety.
