Recently, the General Office of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions issued the “Decision on Commending Employees’ Technological Achievements,” awarding the All-China Federation of Trade Unions’ Employee Technological Achievement Award to 100 outstanding achievements that emerged from the Sixth National Exchange Event for Outstanding Employee Technological Innovations. Among these, three received first-class awards, 15 received second-class awards, and 82 received excellence awards. The project “Development and Industrialization of Key Technologies for Vertical Polypropylene Infusion Bags,” selected and recommended by the Hebei Provincial Federation of Trade Unions and completed by Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., was honored with the All-China Federation of Trade Unions’ Employee Technological Achievement Excellence Award.

The research project on the development and industrialization of key technologies for upright polypropylene infusion bags spanned eight years, during which comprehensive and systematic efforts were made to address integrated processes, equipment, and materials related to upright bag infusions and their packaging. These efforts elevated product quality to a new level, providing clinicians with safer upright bag infusion products and serving as an exemplary model for the industry. The technological achievements have resulted in four invention patents and the establishment of eight pharmaceutical standards. In 2020, the project was awarded second prize in the province-wide exchange event for outstanding employee technological innovation achievements and the Employee Innovation Competition, jointly organized by the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and other relevant authorities.
According to reports, the National Exchange Event for Outstanding Technological Innovation Achievements by Employees is jointly organized by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. Launched in 2004, the event is held every three years. To date, a total of 426 achievements have been recognized.
The All-China Federation of Trade Unions’ Decision calls on the comrades honored to cherish their accolades, remain modest and prudent, and continue to embody the spirit of diligent innovation and courageous striving. It urges them to stay committed to their posts, perform their duties with solid dedication, and engage in rigorous study and practice, so as to make new contributions to advancing high-quality development.
