Recently, the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology announced the ninth batch of the “Innovative Talents of Technology-Based Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises” list, which includes four employees from Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group: Cui Yongbin, Cui Xinhua, Zhang Weijin, and Ma Hui.

According to reports, the selection of innovative talents for technology-based SMEs is a key component of the “Double Hundred, Double Thousand” Talent Program launched by the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology in 2015. This initiative is a robust measure adopted by the department to implement the “Opinions of the CPC Hebei Provincial Committee and the People’s Government of Hebei Province on Deepening Reform of the Talent Development System and Mechanism,” with the aim of encouraging enterprises to recruit high-caliber innovation and technology talent and thereby accelerating the growth of technology-based SMEs.
Talent is the primary driving force behind innovation-led development. Over the past two years, Guangxiang Pharmaceutical has placed great emphasis on leveraging the role of talent, positioning API research and development innovation at the core of its strategy and vigorously implementing an innovation-driven development approach.
