Grand Commendation Conference Held for Advanced Collectives in the Production-Boosting Campaign at Guangxiang Pharmaceutical, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group

With unwavering determination and vigorous momentum, we embark on a new journey, steadfastly pressing forward with relentless effort and pioneering innovation. On January 3, as the rising sun bathed the Bohai New Area in its radiant glow, 68 outstanding representatives from various production workshops and functional departments of Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group, wore expressions of pride and New Year’s joy. To the festive and uplifting strains of the “Step by Step Higher” melody, they gathered together with Qu Jiguang, Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors; Wu Hengyao, President of the Group; Shi Jianhui, Secretary of the Group’s Party Committee; and Song Mingxia, Chairwoman of the Trade Union, to attend with high spirits the “Recognition Ceremony for Outstanding Collectives in the Production-Boosting Assault Campaign at Guangxiang Pharmaceutical, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group.”

In the just-concluded year of 2021, all employees of Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Group worked in unison and with unwavering determination, overcoming numerous challenges and tirelessly pressing forward day and night for three consecutive months. As a result, three key performance indicators—yield, quality, and daily production output of the principal active pharmaceutical ingredient, caffeine—experienced substantial improvements, fully demonstrating the sense of responsibility and commitment of the Guangxiang team. This not only secured market share for the company but also earned widespread recognition and trust from our customers. To commend outstanding units and set exemplary models, and to ensure the full implementation of the Group’s and Guangxiang Pharmaceutical’s 2022 goals and tasks while taking production enhancement efforts to a new level, the Group has decided to recognize and reward 18 advanced workshops and departments, including Workshops 601, 602, and 603, as well as the Environmental Protection Workshop and the Power Workshop.

“The leadership has provided outstanding guidance, and our team’s relentless efforts have brought brilliant achievements. The success of our攻坚 (hard-fought) initiative is attributable to the strong support of our leaders, the seamless collaboration among colleagues, and, above all, the unwavering drive and dedication of our company’s exceptional team,” said Wang Caiyan, representative of the Environmental Protection Workshop, in her statement. Meanwhile, representatives from Workshops 601, 602, and 603—Teng Liqiang, Wu Zhanying, and Li Shuai, respectively—pledged to redouble their efforts and continue making new contributions to the company’s development.

In his address, Cui Yongbin, Chairman of Guangxiang Pharmaceutical, stated that the company will continuously draw lessons from its攻坚 (hard-fought) initiatives, seize promising development opportunities, and meet new challenges with full enthusiasm and high morale.

“When Guangxiang is strong, the Group is strong.” The recently concluded 2022 Policy and Target Launch Conference of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group has assigned Guangxiang Pharmaceutical an even more challenging development mission, with each target carrying significant weight. In his concluding remarks at the awards ceremony, Qu Jiguang, Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors, expressed high expectations for Guangxiang Pharmaceutical.

Chairman Qu Jiguang urged the following: First, we must seize development and market opportunities, maintain unwavering commitment and relentless effort, and forge ahead with unrelenting determination. With the spirit of striving for excellence in everything we do and seizing every opportunity to take the lead, we must leave no stone unturned and never slacken our vigilance, firmly keeping all tasks under close control and working diligently to achieve new and greater breakthroughs in all aspects of Guangxiang Pharmaceutical’s operations. Second, we must vigorously promote the model worker spirit, the labor spirit, and the craftsman spirit, and strive to build a high-caliber workforce. We must fully recognize the importance and urgency of talent development, closely monitor cutting-edge knowledge and technological advances in the industry, and continuously broaden our technical horizons and enhance our skill levels. We should also refine talent incentive policies to encourage more employees, especially young people, to pursue career growth through skill development, thereby truly cultivating a workforce that is idealistic and committed to core values, technically proficient and innovative, and willing to take responsibility and make selfless contributions.

The commendation conference generated a strong response at Guangxiang Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary of the Group. Employees unanimously pledged to carry forward the spirit of relentless striving—“the more arduous the challenges, the more we press ahead”—to fight continuously, keep pace with the times, and bravely shoulder the glorious mission of driving the enterprise’s innovative development. Upholding the ethos of “doing ten times what others do, and a hundred times what others do,” they will strive to deliver outstanding results that satisfy the Group’s pursuit of high-quality growth and greet the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with exemplary achievements.
