On March 7, the Office of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Work Safety Committee announced and commended the advanced units in the 2021 work safety target management assessment, with Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. being recognized as an advanced unit in work safety.

In 2021, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical fully implemented all national, provincial, municipal, and district-level policies and arrangements for work safety, vigorously advancing key initiatives such as comprehensive safety inspections and rectification, the three-year special campaign for targeted remediation, and the establishment of a dual-control mechanism. As a result, all work-safety objectives were successfully achieved, with zero production-related safety incidents recorded throughout the year. While strengthening fundamental safety management, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical continuously bolstered its safety-management team, consistently enhancing the competence of frontline personnel in performing their duties and improving overall management effectiveness. The company also deepened the standardization of work safety and the proactive management embedded within the dual-control system, focusing on critical links and key areas of work safety—particularly at the team and frontline levels—by conducting specialized safety-training programs, fostering a culture of safety awareness and education, and actively pursuing the designation as a provincial-level model enterprise for safety culture.

Last year, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical saw one employee obtain the Hebei Province Certificate for Safety Production Standardization Reviewer, one appointed as an expert in the expert pool by the China Chemical Safety Association, the Hebei Emergency Management and Work Safety Association, and the Shijiazhuang Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, one pass the National Registered Safety Assessor Examination, five pass the National Registered Safety Engineer Examination, and one awarded the title of Distinguished Expert by “Labor Protection,” the journal under the supervision of the Ministry of Emergency Management. In addition, numerous articles on experience in safety production construction and management were featured and promoted in publications such as China Emergency Management News, Hebei Work Safety, Labor Protection, Chemical Industry Management, and Shijiazhuang Daily.
