Recently, the pitavastatin calcium API developed and submitted for approval by Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group, has been approved by the National Medical Products Administration, enabling its official use in marketed pharmaceutical formulations.
Recently, the pitavastatin calcium API developed and submitted for approval by Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group has been approved by the National Medical Products Administration and may now be officially used in marketed pharmaceutical formulations.
It is reported that pitavastatin calcium preparations are primarily used in clinical practice for the treatment of hypercholesterolemia and familial hypercholesterolemia.
