【SUMMARY】 On May 20, Wang Huaqing, Director of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Committee for Caring for the Next Generation; Fu Shiwu and Yuan Yangan, Executive Deputy Directors of the same committee; and Zhang Yan, Deputy Minister of the Municipal Party Committee’s Organization Department and Director of the Bureau of Retired Cadres, visited Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group to conduct a research tour on the implementation of work related to caring for the next generation. The delegation was accompanied by Qu Jiguang, Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors; Su Xuejun, Chairman of the Group; Shi Jianhui, Secretary of the Party Committee; Song Mingxia, Chairwoman of the Trade Union, and other leaders.

On May 20, Wang Huaqing, Director of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Committee for Caring for the Next Generation; Fu Shibwu and Yuan Yangan, Executive Deputy Directors of the same committee; and Zhang Yan, Deputy Minister of the Municipal Party Committee’s Organization Department and Director of the Bureau of Retired Cadres, visited Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group to conduct a field study on the implementation of work related to caring for the next generation. The delegation was accompanied by Qu Jiguang, Chairman of the Group’s Board of Directors; Su Xuejun, Chairman of the Group; Shi Jianhui, Secretary of the Party Committee; Song Mingxia, Chairwoman of the Trade Union, and other senior leaders.

At the Group’s R&D Center, the research delegation conducted an on-site inspection of the company’s instrumental analysis laboratory and listened carefully to briefings on the company’s R&D innovation, industrial layout, and business development. Wang Huaqing and his delegation fully commended Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical’s pioneering spirit and its commitment to exploration and innovation, while also highly praising the “radical transformation and rapid progress” the company has achieved in recent years under the leadership of its visionary leader, Qu Jiguang. The delegation also thoroughly examined the R&D Center studio of the Group’s Committee for Caring for the Next Generation, gaining a detailed understanding of the implementation of initiatives such as “‘Ping’ Words Bring Us Closer to the People” in the workplace, Party history study and education, the approach of “Party building leading key areas,” and the effective utilization of the roles played by the “Five Elders.”

At the subsequent symposium, Shi Jianhui, Secretary of the Group’s Party Committee, reported on the enterprise’s practices for caring for the growth and development of young employees and for serving the overall interests of the company. In light of the increasingly youthful workforce, the Party Committee has continuously raised its political awareness and strengthened its sense of responsibility and commitment. With the support of the Municipal Committee for Caring for the Next Generation, the enterprise took the lead among private enterprises across the city in establishing a Corporate Committee for Caring for the Next Generation. It has actively explored new approaches, methods, and channels for conducting ideological and political work among young employees under the new circumstances, leveraging “Party building to drive work related to the next generation” and harnessing the role of the “Five Elders” to innovate working platforms and mechanisms, thereby fostering a new generation of young workers who are idealistic and committed, technically proficient and innovative, and courageous in taking responsibility and making selfless contributions.

“At the meeting, Wang Huaqing highly commended Shijiazhuang No. 4 Pharmaceutical’s proactive, solid, and effective work in caring for the next generation, stating that the company’s experience in this area is worthy of being studied and replicated. He also encouraged the enterprise to deepen Party history study and education among young employees, vigorously carry forward the red gene, continuously optimize the environment for the growth and development of young staff, foster a strong atmosphere of concern for the next generation, steadily advance the ‘Five Elders’ Caring Project, further deepen the initiative to inherit the red gene, and tell well the ‘Xibaipo Story,’ the ‘Zhengding Story,’ and the ‘Shijiazhuang Story.’ With a high degree of political awareness, he urged the company to fully implement the Party’s new requirements for caring for the next generation in the new era, constantly open up new prospects in this work, and achieve outstanding results in welcoming the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.”
