Recently, Peritoneal Dialysis Solution (Lactate–G1.5%) (2000 ml, containing 1.5% glucose), developed by Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., was approved by the National Medical Products Administration following the evaluation of generic drug quality and therapeutic equivalence, making it the first such approval granted to a domestic enterprise.

It is reported that peritoneal dialysis solution (lactate) is primarily used in patients with chronic renal failure who, due to the ineffectiveness of non-dialysis therapies, require continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis.
