The Intelligent Upgrade Project for High-End API Manufacturing at Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Siyao Group, was included on the list as a key project for cultivation.

It is reported that, in order to implement the provincial Party committee and government’s decisions and arrangements on deepening the integration of next-generation information technology with manufacturing and to promote innovative development of the industrial internet across the province, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has launched a key cultivation program for industrial internet innovation. This initiative aims to provide robust support for accelerating the digital, networked, and intelligent transformation of the province’s manufacturing sector, thereby facilitating the transformation and upgrading of the industrial economy and fostering high-quality economic development.
According to the introduction, the Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient High-End Manufacturing Intelligent Upgrade Project involves the automated and intelligent retrofitting and upgrading of the existing production equipment at the plant. Upon completion, the project will enable end-to-end safety monitoring, automated production, and digitalization across the entire process; real-time monitoring of key safety management elements such as the dual-control mechanism, personnel behavior analysis, and combustible gas detection; seamless integration between warehousing and production systems as well as the logistics center; and, through the deployment of firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, and data loss prevention measures and policies, maximum protection of information security. This will facilitate effective information-based control over production and operational processes, thereby enhancing both production efficiency and management effectiveness.
