On July 8, the listing ceremony for Bosheng Medical Materials on the Innovation Board and the groundbreaking ceremony for the biomembrane production workshop were solemnly held at the site. Attending the event were Yao Qunyin, Member of the Standing Committee of the Xinghua Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Dainan Town Party Committee, and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the High-tech Industrial Development Zone; Zhang Wei, Member of the Party Leadership Group of the Standing Committee of the Xinghua Municipal People’s Congress, Member of the Dainan Town Party Committee, and Chairman of the People’s Congress; Shao Xudong, Chairman and General Manager of the Pharmaceutical Economic Daily; Wu Hengyao, President of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group; Meng Guo, Executive President; Zhang Lüyi, Secretary of the Party Branch of Jiangsu Bosheng Co., Ltd.; Zhang Guozhen, Chairman; and Li Ligong, General Manager.

At around 9:00 a.m., amid the festive sounds of firecrackers and cheerful music, Yao Qunyin, Zhang Wei, Shao Xudong, Wu Hengyao, Meng Guo, Zhang Lüyi, and Zhang Guozhen jointly cut the ribbon to mark the listing of Bosheng Medical Devices on the Innovation Board and the commencement of construction on the biomembrane production workshop.

It is reported that the application by Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd. for the public transfer of its shares on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations has been reviewed and approved by the NEEQ, and the company’s shares were officially listed on the Innovation Layer of the NEEQ effective July 7, 2022. The stock abbreviation is “Bosheng Medical Materials,” the stock code is “873710,” and the total share capital is 213,500,000 shares.

Following the ceremony, the attending leaders and guests jointly toured the newly completed multi-layer co-extruded film production workshop. A reporter from the Pharmaceutical Economics Daily conducted an exclusive interview with a relevant executive from Bosheng Medical Devices.

According to available information, the newly completed and commissioned 6,000-ton medical multilayer co-extruded film project is one of Xinghua City’s 13 key projects each with an investment of over RMB 100 million for 2020. The production line employs internationally advanced, turnkey specialized processes for manufacturing biofilms, with the main products being multilayer co-extruded biomaterial films and high-end medical film materials. These products are widely used in cell culture, vaccine development, biopharmaceuticals, and other fields, and are capable of replacing imported alternatives.
