The year 2022 was an exceptionally extraordinary one. Amid the volatile fluctuations in supply and demand in the pharmaceutical market, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical, as a leading enterprise in the industry, has steadfastly upheld its business philosophy of “quality for the people, integrity as the foundation.” The company has consistently prioritized drug quality and safety as the lifeline of its development, ensuring that it achieves a win-win outcome in both quality and output while boosting production, guaranteeing supply, and meeting market needs.
Liu Qingping, as the Quality Manager and Qualified Person for Shijiazhuang No. 4 Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., has remained steadfast in her commitment to quality management for 28 years. Each year, she oversees the approval and release of more than 60,000 batches of raw materials, excipients, and finished products. For over a decade, all company products have consistently passed random market inspections, establishing Shijiazhuang No. 4 Pharmaceutical’s intravenous solution quality as an industry benchmark. She has led and been the principal investigator on multiple Shijiazhuang Municipal Science and Technology Research and Development projects, including “Research and Application of Novel Dual-Chamber Liquid-Liquid Bag Packaging for Amino Acid Glucose Injection” and “Industrialization Development of Sodium Acetate Ringer’s Injection.” The projects she has spearheaded have successively earned the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology Certificate of Scientific and Technological Achievements and the First Prize of the Hebei Provincial Pharmaceutical Industry Award for Scientific and Technological Progress, contributing significantly to the company’s recognition as an advanced, quality- and efficiency-driven enterprise in Hebei Province, a model unit for quality improvement in the province-wide Quality Month campaign, and a recipient of the Hebei Provincial Government Quality Award.
In response to this honor, Liu Qingping stated that pharmaceutical quality and safety are the lifeline of any enterprise and the key to winning and sustaining market success. The task of ensuring pharmaceutical quality is both arduous and long-term; it requires thorough implementation of the Outline for Building a Country Strong in Quality, unwavering commitment to our original mission, and profound respect for life.
