On the afternoon of March 1, the Shijiazhuang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions announced the winners of the 2022 “Capital City Master Craftsman” and “Most Beautiful Employee of the Capital City” awards and conferred upon them the title of “Shijiazhuang May Day Labor Medal.” Sun Lijie of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group was recognized as the 2022 “Most Beautiful Employee of the Capital City.”
On the afternoon of March 1, the Shijiazhuang Municipal Federation of Trade Unions announced the 2022 “Capital City Master Craftsman” and “Most Beautiful Employee of the Capital City” awardees and conferred upon them the title of “Shijiazhuang May Day Labor Medal.” Sun Lijie of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group was recognized as the 2022 “Most Beautiful Employee of the Capital City.”
The individuals recognized as the “Most Beautiful Workers of the Provincial Capital” for 2022 are: Liu Huiping from Dongfeng West Road Primary School in Shijiazhuang; Xu Manli from the Qiaoxi District Education Bureau of Shijiazhuang; Wang Hening from the Public Transportation Branch of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Public Security Bureau; Yang Jianxian from the Shijiazhuang Funeral Service Center; Song Wei from Shijiazhuang No. 2 Middle School; Wang Xia from Zanhuang Jinyu Cement Co., Ltd.; Zhang Yaohua from the Jingxing County Branch of Shijiazhuang Sikai Power Construction Co., Ltd.; Yang Xinping from Hebei Zhongrui Logistics Co., Ltd.; Sun Lijie from Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group; Wei Henan from Shijiazhuang Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd.; and Xing Luguo from Shijiazhuang No. 2 Middle School.
During the event, leaders of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions presented trophies and certificates to the 2022 “Provincial Capital Master Craftsman” and “Most Beautiful Employee of the Provincial Capital” awardees. The “Provincial Capital Master Craftsman” representative shared insights on “Studying and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, staying committed to one’s post, and contributing to Shijiazhuang’s economic output surpassing RMB 1 trillion,” while the “Most Beautiful Employee of the Provincial Capital” representative articulated their thoughts and experiences on “Studying and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on thoroughly carrying out Lei Feng–inspired activities.”
In 2022, as the head of research and development at Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group, Sun Lijie united and led the R&D team in pursuing innovation-driven development, actively implementing the company’s “API + Formulation” innovation strategy. The team aligned the innovation chain with the industrial value chain, comprehensively advancing the development and research of high-end, complex generic drugs, innovative medicines, specialty APIs, pharmaceutical packaging materials, and products undergoing bioequivalence evaluation. These efforts yielded remarkable results: the number of new product applications submitted and approved has consistently remained among the highest in the national industry, continuously supporting the company’s transition toward the mid- to high-end segments of the pharmaceutical industry.
Sun Lijie stated that being named the “Most Beautiful Employee of the Provincial Capital” for the year is not only a great honor but also a weighty responsibility. He emphasized the need to cherish this recognition, carry forward the spirit of hard work, stay committed to his post, leverage his wisdom and talents, and strive to make new contributions and demonstrate renewed dedication in what will be a pivotal year for the city—marking a breakthrough as its economic output surpasses RMB 1 trillion and enabling it to leapfrog ahead and shine on the national stage.
