Recently, the People’s Government of Hebei Province issued a decision on the awarding of the inaugural Hebei Provincial Patent Award. Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.’s “Combined-Cap, Dual-Valve Upright Infusion Bag and Its Preparation Method” was awarded the Second Prize of the Hebei Provincial Patent Award.

Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.’s “Combined-Cap, Dual-Valve Upright Infusion Bag and Its Preparation Method” was awarded the Second Prize of the Hebei Provincial Patent Award.
According to available information, the patent entitled “Combination Cap, Dual-Valve Upright Infusion Bag, and Method for Its Preparation” incorporates four domestically leading technologies, has resulted in eight authorized patents, and has established a comprehensive technical system for the production and quality control of upright-bag infusion packaging. Through breakthroughs in key technical areas—including gasket design, inner and outer cap structures, assembly processes, and infusion bag manufacturing processes—the patent addresses critical challenges while balancing process efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality. It effectively resolves industry-wide issues such as gasket slippage and loosening, as well as high production costs, thereby filling both domestic and international gaps and warranting widespread adoption across the sector. In recent years, the company has either led or participated in the development of eight standards, three of which have already been promulgated as national standards, serving as exemplary models within the industry and significantly advancing the scaled and standardized development of the infusion industry.
According to reports, the inaugural Hebei Provincial Patent Awards honored a total of 50 patents, including 5 First Prizes, 10 Second Prizes, 10 Third Prizes, and 25 Excellence Awards. During this year’s nomination process, Shijiazhuang City had 21 patents recognized with awards.
