On May 26, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group and Hebei Normal University held a signing ceremony at the group’s R&D center for the joint establishment of a “Pharmacy Major Undergraduate Internship and Practice Base.” Representatives from Hebei Normal University and the pharmaceutical group attended the ceremony.
According to reports, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group has signed an agreement with Hebei Normal University to establish a practical internship base for pharmacy students. The initiative aims to fully leverage the respective strengths of both parties, with a focus on cultivating high-level talent, emphasizing research innovation, and relying on resource sharing, thereby jointly forging new approaches, mechanisms, and models for the collaborative training of highly qualified, application-oriented professionals. The signing of this agreement marks the integration of Hebei Normal University’s human resources and its advanced, mature technological achievements with the enterprise’s production capabilities and application scenarios. Guided by the principles of “complementary advantages, resource sharing, mutual benefit and win-win outcomes, and common development,” the two parties will engage in in-depth, substantive cooperation in areas such as talent cultivation, research on relevant specialized topics, and the commercialization of scientific and technological innovations, thus achieving co-construction and shared success.
Prior to the signing ceremony, relevant officials from Hebei Normal University, accompanied by Tian Pengmei, Group Executive President and General Manager of the Strategic Development and Human Resources Center, visited the Group’s R&D Center and engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges on the training and internship arrangements for undergraduate and graduate pharmacy students from Hebei Normal University.
Hebei Normal University is a key provincial university co-established by the province and the Ministry of Education, and a Tier-1 institution under the province’s “Double First-Class” initiative. It has maintained a long-standing, friendly collaboration with our group in the form of university–enterprise partnerships. Specifically, the College of Chemistry and Materials Science at Hebei Normal University currently offers three undergraduate programs—Chemistry, Science Education, and Pharmacy—with an average annual enrollment of over 1,100 undergraduates. The college boasts a first-level doctoral degree authorization in Chemistry and a postdoctoral research station in the same discipline, and its Chemistry program has been recognized as a national-level first-class undergraduate program construction site. As such, the college serves as a vital hub for training teachers for basic education, conducting chemical research, and cultivating high-caliber talent.
