According to reports, this specialized skills competition is one of the series of activities organized as part of the Group’s “Safety Production Month.”

This June marks the 22nd National Safety Production Month, with the theme “Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies.” Since the launch of Safety Production Month, the Group has, in line with the theme and in light of the actual conditions of its safety production work, formulated and issued an activity plan for the month, and has actively organized a wide range of themed events and activities, taking multiple measures to ensure effective implementation of safety production responsibilities.

According to the briefing, the Group’s “Safety Production Month” is divided into four phases: publicity and mobilization; safety education and hazard identification and remediation; safety culture promotion; and inspection and acceptance. During this period, safety awareness will be extensively disseminated throughout the plant—into workshops and work teams—through the posting of safety slogans and banners, as well as via the company newspaper and WeChat official account, thereby amplifying the overarching theme of safe development. At the same time, comprehensive training on the safety production responsibility system, the Safety Production Law, and the management measures for emergency response plans for production accidents will be organized for all employees. In addition, safety education initiatives such as “Everyone Talks About Safety Production” and “Five Minutes Before Meetings” will be conducted to share insights, experiences, best practices, and lessons learned in safety production, ensuring that safety warnings are deeply understood and firmly ingrained. Employees will also be encouraged to identify hazards around them through videos and casual photography, with a focus on key areas prone to frequent accidents, conducting thorough self-inspections and corrective actions. By engaging all staff in the proactive identification of safety hazards, we aim to close safety gaps at the production site and strengthen the foundation of safety management. Furthermore, during “Safety Production Month,” activities such as safety knowledge competitions, large-scale fire drills, specialized worker skills contests, essay contests on safety production, and practical skill demonstrations for specialized workers will be held, fostering a corporate environment in which all employees learn about, promote, enhance, and safeguard safety.

A person in charge of workplace safety at the enterprise stated that, taking “Workplace Safety Month” as an opportunity, they will closely align with the theme of “Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies,” continuously and thoroughly carry out impactful and effective workplace safety publicity and education initiatives, promote the implementation of a comprehensive workplace safety responsibility system covering all employees, enhance the safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of the workforce, reinforce a strong sense of adherence to the “bottom line” and “red line” for workplace safety, foster a safe and secure production environment, and thereby support the enterprise’s high-quality development.
