To establish and refine stable off-campus internship and practical training bases and to fully implement the mechanism for joint talent cultivation between universities and enterprises, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hebei Normal University on July 18. The signing ceremony was attended by Guo Yi, Vice President of Hebei Normal University; Su Xuejun, Chairman of the Group; Sun Lijie, Executive President and General Manager of the R&D Center; and Tian Pengmei, Executive President and General Manager of the Strategic Development and Human Resources Center.

The signing ceremony was attended by Guo Yi, Vice President of Hebei Normal University; Su Xuejun, Chairman of the Group; Sun Lijie, Executive President and General Manager of the R&D Center; and Tian Pengmei, Executive President and General Manager of the Strategic Development and Human Resources Center.
At the signing ceremony, Guo Yi, Vice President of Hebei Normal University, stated that establishing university–enterprise cooperation is an effective means of facilitating the employment of graduates, strengthening professional talent development, and elevating the level of research collaboration. With its long history and comprehensive range of academic disciplines, Hebei Normal University has maintained extensive cooperation with Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group in areas such as talent cultivation, discipline development, research collaboration, and internship programs. The signing of this strategic university–enterprise cooperation agreement will lay an even more solid foundation for further expanding students’ employment opportunities, deepening discipline development, and strengthening collaboration on research projects.
Su Xuejun, Chairman of the Group, stated that the enterprise’s innovative and high-quality development is inseparable from talent and intellectual support. The company will strive to tap the potential of university–enterprise cooperation, expand the scope of such collaboration, diversify the channels for engagement, and fully implement the strategic partnership with Hebei Normal University to achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
Prior to the signing ceremony, Vice President Guo Yi and his delegation visited the Group’s R&D Center.
According to available information, Hebei Normal University is a key provincial university with a century-long history. It is a Tier-1 institution under the national “First-Class University” initiative and receives prioritized support from Hebei Province. The university has been selected for the Outstanding Teacher Training Program, the New Engineering Research and Practice Project, and the National Demonstration Institution for Deepening Reform in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education. Currently, it boasts one national key discipline, 10 postdoctoral research stations, seven disciplines designated for Hebei Province’s “Double First-Class” initiative, one provincial project for cultivating national key disciplines in higher education, four provincially recognized strong and distinctive disciplines (or discipline clusters), and 14 provincial key disciplines.
