Recently, following organization of applications by the designated managing authority, expert review, public announcement, and recommendation, and subsequent verification by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology has released the 2022 list of “Innovative Talents of Technology-Based SMEs.” Eleven scientific and technical personnel from Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group—namely Yang Yi, Zhang Xu, Zhang Wei, Dai Junpeng, Yuan Guangfeng, Ma Yongqing, Li Lei, An Zhiyuan, Zhao Yongzheng, Dong Haifeng, and Cui Xuemei—have been included on the list.
Recently, following application submission organized by the competent authority, expert review, public announcement, and recommendation, and subsequent verification by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology has released the 2022 list of “Innovative Talents of Technology-Based Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises.” Eleven scientific and technical personnel from Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group—namely Yang Yi, Zhang Xu, Zhang Wei, Dai Junpeng, Yuan Guangfeng, Ma Yongqing, Li Lei, An Zhiyuan, Zhao Yongzheng, Dong Haifeng, and Cui Xuemei—have been included on the list.
According to available information, the “Innovative Talents of Technology-Based SMEs” program is a key component of Hebei Province’s Science and Technology Department’s “Double Hundred, Double Thousand” Talent Initiative, launched in 2015. This initiative aligns with the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, implements the arrangements set forth at the Fourth Plenary Session of the Tenth Provincial Party Committee, encourages enterprises to attract high-caliber science and technology innovation talent, and serves as a robust measure to accelerate the growth of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises. All individuals selected as Innovative Talents possess core technologies and innovative achievements in their respective fields and have made outstanding contributions to enterprises’ efforts in tackling technical challenges, developing new products, commercializing research outcomes, and other areas of innovative development.
