Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group Donates RMB 260,000 Worth of Novel Disinfectant to Support Post-Flood Reconstruction in Gaobeidian

On the morning of August 22, a large truck loaded with new-concept disinfectant slowly pulled up at the donation station in Gaobeidian City. “When one region is in distress, support comes from all directions; we hope our company can do its small part to help the disaster-stricken areas rebuild their homes,” said Shi Jianhui, Party Secretary and Executive President of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group, at the donation ceremony, as he handed over more than RMB 260,000 worth of new-concept disinfectant and other epidemic-prevention and disinfection supplies to the relevant authorities in Gaobeidian City on behalf of the company. Attending the event were Jia Weibin, Secretary of the Gaobeidian Municipal Party Committee; Cui Shengli, Member of the Municipal Party Standing Committee and Head of the United Front Work Department; and Ma Aimin, Deputy Head of the Municipal United Front Work Department and Party Secretary of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce.

Affected by heavy rainfall, several areas in our province were recently hit by flooding and waterlogging, severely disrupting the daily lives of local residents. To support post-disaster reconstruction efforts, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical has, in response to the needs of the affected regions, dispatched hygiene and epidemic-prevention disinfection supplies—including its New Concept Disinfectant—to Gaobeidian City for use in post-disaster sanitation and disinfection as well as in safeguarding public health. Recently, the company also donated 3,000 bottles of New Concept Disinfectant to Laishui County in Baoding City.
“Ensuring the health of affected populations in the aftermath of disasters is a responsibility and obligation that, as one of our province’s leading pharmaceutical enterprises, we must fulfill through our dedicated efforts,” said Shi Jianhui.
