During the event, outstanding entrepreneurs of Shijiazhuang City for the 2021–2022 period were solemnly commended, and the 2023 Top 100 List of Shijiazhuang Enterprises by Operating Revenue, Tax Payments, and Technological Innovation, along with the Catalogue of Famous and High-Quality Products, were unveiled.

During the event, outstanding entrepreneurs of Shijiazhuang City for the 2021–2022 period were solemnly commended, and the 2023 Top 100 List of Shijiazhuang Enterprises by Operating Revenue, Tax Payments, and Technological Innovation, along with the Catalogue of Famous and High-Quality Products, were released.
Su Xuejun, Chairman of Shijiazhuang No. 4 Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., was honored as an Outstanding Entrepreneur of Shijiazhuang City for the 2021–2022 period. Meanwhile, the company itself was recognized in 2023 with three prestigious awards: inclusion in the Top 100 list for operating revenue, tax contributions, and technological innovation in Shijiazhuang; and five products, including Arbidol Hydrochloride Capsules and Cefdinir Capsules, were listed in the Shijiazhuang Catalog of Famous and High-Quality Products.
As one of the city’s leading enterprises, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical has weathered 75 years of challenges and triumphs. Today, the company is grounded in the new stage of development, committed to the new development philosophy, and working to establish a new development pattern. At the meeting, Su Xuejun, on behalf of the honored outstanding entrepreneurs, issued a call to all entrepreneurs in the city: First, uphold firm convictions and boost confidence, serving as contributors who demonstrate leapfrog development; second, tackle tough challenges and rise to the occasion, acting as pioneers in transformation and upgrading; third, lead with innovation and leverage technology to drive high-quality development, becoming trailblazers in this regard; fourth, practice strict self-discipline and uphold honesty and trustworthiness, setting an example for ethical business conduct; and fifth, place great emphasis on moral integrity and social responsibility, stepping up to assume obligations and serving as conveyors of positive social energy. “Only through hard work can Shijiazhuang thrive—who else but us? Under the strong leadership of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, and with the care and support of all sectors of society, we will further strengthen our awareness of innovation, accelerate digitalization and green transformation, unite and lead our broad membership in carrying forward the spirit of practical action, and make new and even greater contributions toward pushing Shijiazhuang’s economic output beyond RMB 1 trillion and achieving a strategic overtaking.”
According to reports, on December 30, 2020, the 32nd Session of the Standing Committee of the 14th Shijiazhuang Municipal People’s Congress reviewed and approved the “Proposal of the Shijiazhuang Municipal People’s Government on Requesting the Establishment of ‘Shijiazhuang Entrepreneurs’ Day,’” deciding to designate September 29 of each year as “Shijiazhuang Entrepreneurs’ Day” starting in 2021.
