On January 5, the company’s Class 4 chemical drug—Ropivacaine Hydrochloride Sodium Chloride Injection (100 mL)—received approval for drug production registration from the National Medical Products Administration, which is deemed equivalent to passing the consistency evaluation. This marks the group’s second new product in less than a week since the beginning of the year.

At the start of the new year, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group has once again intensified its research and development efforts. On January 5, the company’s Class 4 chemical drug—Ropivacaine Hydrochloride Sodium Chloride Injection (100 mL)—received approval for drug production registration from the National Medical Products Administration, which is deemed equivalent to passing the consistency evaluation. This marks the group’s second new product in less than a week since the beginning of the year.

According to reports, ropivacaine hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection is primarily used for local or regional anesthesia during surgery and for the management of acute pain.

According to available information, this marks the third domestic approval for the group’s ropivacaine hydrochloride and sodium chloride injection (100 mL). At present, the group has established a relatively comprehensive product portfolio encompassing both ropivacaine aqueous injections and infusion solutions, which will positively facilitate the fulfillment of diversified market demands and enhance product accessibility.
