The Government Special Allowance is an important institutional arrangement through which the Party Central Committee and the State Council demonstrate their care, concern, and commitment to uniting and guiding professional and technical personnel as well as highly skilled talent; it also represents a major initiative by the state to strengthen the development of a high-caliber talent pool.
Dr. Sun Lijie joined Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical immediately after graduation. As a high-caliber professional nurtured by the company, he has been engaged in pharmaceutical R&D for more than a decade, steadfastly working on the front lines of scientific research and development. He has been awarded numerous national invention patents and the Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.
