Among the 642 recruiting companies, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group’s vibrant, eye-catching recruitment booth in the center of the plaza drew an overwhelming crowd, with job seekers streaming in from all directions and completely filling the area—creating a bustling, high-profile event that put the company squarely in the spotlight.

“Hello, I’d like to apply for the international trade position. I have studied abroad and am fluent in Spanish—do you happen to be hiring someone with that skill set?” “Siyao is a major corporation with an outstanding reputation. I majored in pharmaceutical engineering, and I’m here today to see if there are any suitable openings…” The Siyao recruitment booth was bustling with activity, buzzing with enthusiasm, as long lines of job seekers and inquiry seekers formed.

Among the many job seekers, quite a few came well prepared. Mr. Wang is a recent graduate with a degree in pharmaceutical sciences.
