To strengthen collaboration between universities and local governments as well as between universities and enterprises, to steadily advance the special initiative “Visiting Enterprises to Expand Job Opportunities and Promote Employment,” and to facilitate employment and entrepreneurship among college graduates, on March 27, Yang Guolai, President of the Taizhou Institute of Science and Technology at Nanjing University of Science and Technology, led a delegation to Xinghua City to conduct a matchmaking and exchange event under the “Visiting Enterprises to Expand Job Opportunities and Promote Employment” initiative. During the visit, the institute signed agreements with key enterprises such as Bosheng Medical Devices for the establishment of employment (internship) bases and presented plaques to these enterprises.

During the visit, the institute signed agreements with several large-scale enterprises, including Bosheng Medical Devices, to establish employment (internship) bases and presented plaques to these companies.
During the symposium and exchange, Yang Guolai and his delegation gained a detailed understanding of the enterprises’ production and operations, staffing needs, and development aspirations, and engaged in in-depth discussions with the heads of companies such as Bosheng Medical Devices on topics including the university’s employment and internship programs, industry–university–research collaboration, and the current state of talent development.

This collaboration between Bosheng Medical Devices and the Taizhou Institute of Science and Technology of Nanjing University of Science and Technology to establish an employment and internship base aims to leverage the respective strengths of both parties, jointly develop new approaches, mechanisms, and models for cultivating high-quality, application-oriented talent, closely align university talent development with enterprise workforce needs, effectively advance the integration of industry and education, and achieve win-win outcomes for graduates, universities, and enterprises.
