From July 15 to 20, ten students majoring in pharmacy-related fields from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, accompanied by their faculty advisors, visited Sihua Pharmaceutical for a six-day exploration and learning journey. The company extended a warm welcome to the visiting students and meticulously planned a comprehensive itinerary for the tour. Wang Chunfa, the company’s Deputy General Manager, provided on-site guidance and explanations throughout the visit, engaging in lively interactions and exchanges with the students.
“How can graduates choose the right position for themselves, and how should they go about career planning?” In the conference room on the eighth floor of Shimen Building, Marketing Director Zhang Shichao was conducting an employment guidance session for a group of energetic college students. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with students frequently voicing their questions, which Zhang Shichao addressed one by one, helping them clear away the fog of uncertainty surrounding their job search.

From the company’s evolution over the years to its garden-like campus, from state-of-the-art, high-precision equipment and cutting-edge process flows in the production workshops, to a comprehensive understanding of the roles and responsibilities across all departments and positions, from the extent to which national pharmaceutical policies shape the development trajectory of pharmaceutical enterprises, to the preparatory work required for initiating R&D projects, and further to the post‑clinical monitoring processes that ensure compliance—over the course of six days, the company meticulously curated a cultural and visual feast for students participating in the Shenyang Pharmaceutical University summer camp.
On the final day of the summer camp, the company organized a team-building activity at Xibaipo, a revolutionary red tourism site, bringing together students from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University and newly hired employees from the Institute of Pharmaceutical Research. “I came to appreciate the importance of teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility,” said Pei Feng, a student majoring in Food and Pharmaceutical Sciences. “The passion and challenges encountered during the team-building exercises provided invaluable spiritual inspiration for these newcomers as they prepare to embark on their professional careers.”
“This four-day visit to the pharmaceutical industry has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m truly grateful for this learning opportunity,” said Zhong Wenya, a sophomore majoring in Pharmaceutical Engineering, visibly excited at the conclusion of the summer camp. “The six-day journey through the pharmaceutical world allowed me to see firsthand how the knowledge I’ve learned can be put into practice. It was an honor and a joy to have so many alumni and senior professionals share their insights with us, patiently answering our questions and helping us map out our career paths. At the same time, this experience has cleared away the fog that had long shrouded my mind. I used to feel deeply uncertain about which direction to take and what I should pursue in the future; now, I have a much clearer sense of what I truly want. That, I believe, is the greatest takeaway from this trip.”
