As we step into the vibrant month of July, in order to help newly hired graduate and undergraduate employees quickly familiarize themselves with the company, integrate into the organization, embrace its corporate culture, and strengthen their team collaboration skills, the “Technology Creates the Future” 2024 New Employee Outward Bound Training Camp of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group officially kicked off on July 13 at the Group’s High-tech Zone Staff Activity Center.
Young and vibrant, our youth are at the peak of their potential, with dreams soaring high. The team-building activities kicked off with a lively icebreaker session, setting the stage for an exciting and interactive experience. More than 80 recent graduate students and undergraduates were brimming with enthusiasm and eager to get started, showcasing their unique team spirit through witty yet inspiring team names, spirited and motivational slogans, humorous self-introductions, and colorful, dynamic team poses. The wave after wave of laughter and cheers, coupled with thunderous applause, captivated every “new recruit” at Sino-Pharm, injecting a much-needed boost of confidence into the anxious hearts of these newcomers as they adjusted to their new environment—and filling their upcoming professional journey with hope and anticipation.
According to reports, this team-building training camp will be held in two sessions, bringing together more than 160 newly hired graduate and undergraduate employees for intensive experiential training. The six core themes of the program are “joy,” “integration,” “innovation,” “challenge,” “culture,” and “collaboration.”
Let’s all come together to celebrate the outstanding performances of the new “Four Medicines” team during the training camp!
