Recently, the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology released the “2024 List of Key Cultivation Projects for Innovative Development of the Industrial Internet in Hebei Province.” Following a rigorous process of application, recommendation, and review, a total of 301 projects across the province were selected for key cultivation. Among them, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group’s Digital Supply Chain Collaboration Management System for Pharmaceuticals and its Production Management System for the Infusion Workshop were successfully included on the list.

Among them, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group’s Digital Supply Chain Collaboration Management System for Pharmaceuticals and its Production Management System for the Infusion Workshop were successfully included on the list.
It is understood that the initiative to cultivate key projects for innovative development of the industrial internet is in line with the Hebei Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government’s strategic plans for deepening the integration of next-generation information technology with manufacturing, as well as with the Provincial Government’s “Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Deep Integration of the Internet and Advanced Manufacturing to Accelerate the Development of the Industrial Internet.” This effort aims to expedite new-type industrialization, build a modern industrial system, thoroughly implement the innovation-driven development strategy for the industrial internet, accelerate the digital, networked, and intelligent transformation of manufacturing, and guide enterprises to focus on developing the three core pillars of the industrial internet—networks, platforms, and security—while promoting the adoption of new business models and cloud migration. By leveraging big data, artificial intelligence, and large-scale models to empower the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing, this initiative seeks to achieve high-quality, innovative development of the industrial internet across the province. The projects selected this time cover several critical areas, including smart manufacturing, digital transformation, and the construction of industrial internet platforms, with the goal of spurring rapid provincial-level growth of the industrial internet and accelerating the deep integration of manufacturing with information technology through the cultivation of these priority initiatives.
In recent years, the Group has placed great emphasis on digital transformation and accelerated the advancement of new industrialization, with innovation-driven development as the guiding principle. Focusing on industrial upgrading and transformation, the Group has continuously intensified its efforts and developed and implemented a digital pharmaceutical supply-chain collaboration management system and an infusion workshop production management system—both of which represent proactive exploration and practical application in the “Internet Plus” domain. The infusion workshop production management system is a concrete application of the continuous optimization and upgrade of MES systems tailored to the specific characteristics of infusion production; by facilitating the flow and sharing of information, it seamlessly connects all links along the production line, thereby achieving integrated and refined management of the entire production process. Meanwhile, the digital pharmaceutical supply-chain collaboration management system integrates business systems such as ERP, WMS, APS, and MES to build a digital marketing platform, a financial management system, and a group-wide human resources management information system. These initiatives will effectively enhance the efficiency of collaborative operations across key business processes, standardize process management, reduce operational costs, and enable highly efficient integrated management.
