【SUMMARY】 From July 16 to 19, the Hebei–Liaoning Joint Training and Exchange Conference on Quality Management Team Achievements, co-hosted by the Hebei Provincial Quality Association and the Liaoning Provincial Quality Association, was held in Shenyang. More than 500 QC teams from across the two provinces presented their achievements, with seven problem-solving projects—including “Improving the Finished-Product Inspection Pass Rate for Double-Layer Aseptic Products”—and four innovative projects—such as “Researching Methods for Removing Organic-Solvent Impurities from Compound Amino Acid Injection”—receiving high praise from the judging panel.

From July 16 to 19, the Hebei–Liaoning Joint Training and Exchange Conference on Quality Management Team Achievements, co-hosted by the Hebei Provincial Quality Association and the Liaoning Provincial Quality Association, was held in Shenyang. Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group has consistently upheld the quality principle of “quality first,” continuously refining its quality risk management system, adopting advanced management practices, building state-of-the-art production lines, and cultivating a highly skilled workforce, thereby steadily strengthening the foundation of product quality. In recent years, the company has encouraged frontline employees to actively engage in quality-focused QC team problem-solving initiatives, with project proposals centered on quality enhancement, process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains. More than 30 QC teams operating at the production front line have played a proactive role in resolving production-related quality issues.

To evaluate the achievements of QC teams and to facilitate the exchange of quality management expertise with peer enterprises, the Group Trade Union, in collaboration with the Manufacturing Center and the Quality Management Center, conducted a multi-level selection process and ultimately selected 11 QC teams from Workshops 102, 103, 104, and 207 of the Manufacturing Center, as well as from the Technical Department of the Technical Certification and Pharmacovigilance Center and the Quality Management Department of the Quality Management Center, to participate in the training and exchange event on QC team performance in Hebei and Liaoning Provinces.

“Esteemed judges, I am from Shijiazhuang No. 4 Pharmaceutical. Today, the project I am presenting is...” One after another, the 11 QC team representatives from the group took to the stage, standing tall and speaking with confidence as they provided detailed explanations on aspects such as the project overview and the rationale for selecting the topic. Their innovative problem statements, remarkable results, high-quality project presentations, and strong on-site performance all earned high praise from the judging panel. Following the competition, participants unanimously agreed that this was an exceptionally valuable opportunity for benchmarking, learning, and exchanging best practices among quality management teams. Through training, observation, and peer-to-peer exchanges, they gained a deeper understanding of more scientific and advanced quality management concepts and methodologies, reaping substantial benefits.

A relevant representative of the group stated that, moving forward, the company will continue to organize QC team activities to drive quality improvement and enhancement, thereby continuously empowering innovative, high-quality development.
