During the visit, the delegation exchanged views with relevant company leaders on jointly advancing talent development and employment initiatives. Li Ligong, General Manager of the Group’s Bosheng Medical Materials Division, along with current employees who are alumni of Xuzhou Institute of Industrial Technology, accompanied the delegation throughout the visit and related discussions.

During the visit, the university leaders held exchanges with relevant enterprise officials on jointly advancing talent development and employment initiatives. Li Ligong, General Manager of the Group’s Bosheng Medical Materials Division, along with current SIT alumni working at the company, accompanied the delegation throughout the visit and related discussions.
During the symposium, Sun Jianxin conducted a detailed briefing with relevant officials from Bosheng Medical Devices on the company’s production and operations, business areas, technological innovation achievements, development vision, and talent recruitment needs. The two sides also engaged in in-depth discussions on jointly establishing a Bosheng Medical Devices class, student internships and employment, industry–university–research collaboration, and talent development. In his exchanges with XCMG alumni currently employed at the company, Sun Jianxin encouraged them to remain steadfast in their original aspirations, fully embody the spirit of the university’s motto—“pursuing truth, pragmatism, excellence, and innovation”—stay committed to their respective roles, strive diligently, and make greater contributions to the company’s high-quality development.
As a leading domestic manufacturer of pharmaceutical packaging materials, Bosheng Medical Devices has in recent years jointly established university–enterprise internship and employment bases with institutions such as China University of Mining and Technology, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, and Jiangsu University of Science and Technology. This two-way collaboration between academia and industry has continuously highlighted the region’s strengths in attracting top talent, thereby powerfully driving the company’s innovative, high-quality development.
According to available information, Xuzhou Vocational Institute of Industry is a provincially administered, public, full-time institution approved by the Ministry of Education, and is widely regarded as the “Whampoa Military Academy” for talent development in China’s rubber industry. The institute offers 34 majors, with flagship programs such as “Intelligent Manufacturing Technology for Polymer Materials” and “Intelligent Manufacturing Technology for Rubber” consistently ranking among the top five nationwide among higher vocational colleges. Currently, the institute has an enrollment of 13,000 students.
