The 11 problem-solving and innovation-oriented project outcomes submitted by the QC teams of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group were commended by the judging panel and all received awards, including one Special-Class Quality Science and Technology Achievement award and two First-Class Quality Science and Technology Achievement awards, thereby fully demonstrating the positive role played by the Group’s QC teams in quality management.

Recently, the results and awards of the Hebei Province Quality Management Team Activity Training and Exchange Conference were announced. The 11 problem-solving and innovation-oriented project outcomes submitted by the QC teams of Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Group were commended by the judging panel and all received awards, including one Special-Class Quality Science and Technology Achievement and two First-Class Quality Science and Technology Achievements, thereby fully demonstrating the positive role played by the Group’s QC teams in quality management.

These award-winning achievements are as follows: “Development of a New Method for the Formulation Process of Inosine Injection” was awarded the Special Prize for Quality Scientific and Technological Achievements; “Optimization of Sterilization Process Validation Methods” and “Improvement of the Yield of Gliclazide Tablets II Granules at the Blending Station” were each awarded the First Prize for Quality Scientific and Technological Achievements; and “Research on a Method for Removing Organic Solvent Impurities from Compound Amino Acid Injection,” “Increase in the Finished-Product Inspection Yield of Double-Layer Aseptic Products on Line 37,” “Enhancement of the Production Capacity of the Hot-Melt Freeze Granulation Machine,” “Improvement of the Transmittance of Finished Compound Amino Acid Injection (18AA),” “Reduction of the Rate of Yellow Bottles in the Paracetamol Production Process,” “Development of a New Production Process for Shanhe Oral Liquid,” “Increase in the Qualified Yield of Betahistine Hydrochloride Injection After Filling and Sealing,” and “Development of a Temperature-Controlled Sterilization Method for Double-Layer Soft-Bag Infusions and Its Corresponding Testing Method” were each awarded the Second Prize for Quality Scientific and Technological Achievements—totaling eight such awards.

According to available information, the Provincial Quality Management Group Activity and Scientific and Technological Achievement Evaluation is jointly organized by nine entities: the Hebei Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Hebei Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Hebei Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the Hebei Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, the Hebei Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Hebei Provincial Women’s Federation, the Hebei Provincial Association for Science and Technology, and the Hebei Provincial Quality Association. The initiative aims to focus on province-wide mass quality management activities, encourage more enterprises to prioritize quality, pursue excellence in quality, and create value through quality, thereby effectively promoting the sustained, in-depth, and wide-ranging implementation of quality improvement initiatives and solidifying the foundation for building a province strong in quality.
